Lakota is a miniature, black & white painted horse. At 26 years old, she is one of the oldest in all the herds. She is a little spitfire with lots of energy and will let you know if she doesn’t like something. She is learning to drive in long reins and loving it. She has “happy feet” so would rather be moving than standing still. She “adopted” little Tulip, the miniature donkey in her herd, when Tulip was just a baby. She still takes on that motherly role with Tulip even though Tulip is now bigger than Lakota. She is a very sweet little mare.
