Boarding at RLR… What we offer our Boarded Horses…
Reining Liberty Ranch Offers a unique opportunity to our Boarded Horses. We have a beautiful facility located just outside of the Traverse City limits. We take pride in our facility and maintain a clean environment for our clients and animals. Our caretakers are trained to care for your horse(s). The result, boarded horses are very loved and doted on by the volunteers, clients and visitors to the ranch.
Stall Board $375 per month
Our Boarding Rates Include:
* Free choice hay
* Daily pasture turn out with run in sheds,
You can have your horse left out on nice evenings if you desire,
* Horses are handled and grained 2 x per day
(Boarders provide grain and desired supplements)
* Stalls are cleaned daily
* Key-coded Boarder Tack Room
* Access to 60 x 120 Heated Indoor Riding Arena
* Outdoor Arena (summer months)
* Online calendar access to know when the arenas are open
* Heated viewing room
What we DO NOT charge our Boarders extra for:
* Blanketing horses
* Bringing up or handling horses for the farrier
* Bringing up or handling horses for the Veterinarian
* Staying with horses during an emergency
* Colic watch
Currently we have (2) open stalls
Please Note: We are selective in who we allow to board horses at RLR. Horses must be well mannered and relatively safe to be around. Owners must be willing to pay their board On Time and adhere to our Code of Conduct like any other volunteer or client of the ranch. We maintain a therapeutic environment and must behave as such. We do require ALL mounted riders to wear helmets.
